Tastings is an artisanal food bar featuring Cured Meats from Coro
Salumi in Seattle, WA, Estate Wines from White Heron
Cellars' Mariposa Vineyard in the Ancient Lakes AVA, near Quincy,
WA, crackers from La Panzanella in Seattle, smoked and canned oysters from Taylor Shellfish, chocolate from Schocolat in Leavenworth, WA, and more! Each of these products is available for
consumption on site or to carry away and enjoy elsewhere.
Soon an
artisan cheese maker will be joining the mix.
